Emiliano Sala

Earlier on Sunday a body was found in the wreckage of the Plane carrying the Cardiff City Striker, the body has now been identified as Emiliano Sala. The Cardiff City new signing was aboard the plane which went missing for over two weeks ago together with the pilot along the English Channel.

Searches were conducted to find the missing plane and was called off by the Authorities after 3 days of searching to no avail. However, the Public spearheaded by Lionel Messi and other prominent footballers started a movement to raise funds for the continuing search of the plane. The movement raised about 360,000 dollars.

The wreckage of the plane was found in the English Channel 24 hours after the search continue and it was discovered that a body was visible in the wreckage. The Authorities refrain from making any comments as the world hangs on the thread waiting to find out whose body was found on the wreckage, and according to a report giving by BBC "The body brought to Portland Port today, Thursday 7 February 2019, has been formally identified by HM Coroner for Dorset as that of professional footballer Emiliano Sala.

The 28 year old former Nante Striker completed a club record deal to join Cardiff City and was on his way to  Wales to join with his new team mates before the crash occur, the cause of the crash is yet to be determined as the wreckage of the Plane is yet to be recovered from the sea. The British Authorities have said that the efforts to bring the plane ashore was cut shot after bad weather interrupted their work, though, it has been made clear that recovering of the body is the top priority as the condition of the wreckage may make it so the plane might never be brought ashore, and if that happens the world may never know what really happened.
