Nigerians Reacts To APC Quick REcovery Message To PDP Rally Podium Disaster

Late Yesterday members of the PDP Campaign Rally in Kebbi State were involved in a podium collapse disaster. No lives were lost and the injuries at the time of writing were minimal with no risk to permanent damages.


APC, the major rival of People's Democratic Party puts their rivalry aside and sent a recovery message to their adversaries, for a quick recovery. Though, the Party itself seem to hold no grudges when it comes to the health of the oppositions, the supporters had other ideas. While, some see it as an unforeseeable circumstance that could have happened to anyone. Others saw it a sign that the mother Nature does not support Atiku's Ambition to be president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

While, one can not really argue with mother Nature, in this instance, many of the twitter users decides to side with APC Leaders and view the incident an unfortunate accident. Below are some of the reactions of the twitter users in response to APC's message.

While some Users basically blame the disaster on corruption, even as it spread to the Civil Workers who were probably in charge of erecting a stand for the occasion but  instead erected a non standard podium that could have lead to the death of Innocent people. See more Reactions below...

Let me explain what most likely happened here.

Someone was paid "normal" price to erect standard and SAFE stage for the event.

But in the usual @OfficialPDPNig manner, he slashed the money & did what the balance could afford.
