Jossie Smollet has been cut from Empire as Assault Saga Goes on

 
The Famous Actor who feature in one of the blockbuster movie 'Empire' has been cut from the movie after pulling a stunt by accusing some section of the society for assault which proves to be false in all it's regards. The Hollywood Actor was charged to court after the investigations revealed that his allegations were baseless and though, has been granted bail after paying a hefty fine for it, the players of the 'Empire movie has now move to cut him from the movie in which he has been a hit since it's beginning in 2005.


The Executive Producers of the famous TV series revealed earlier to day that the Actor will play no part in the final episodes of the season. They said, though, it is was never our intention to remove him from something so important, this week has been a very emotional one for all the Empire family and we have come to this agreement unanimously.

The 36-year-old African-American actor is accused of filing a fake police report claiming he was the victim of a homophobic and racist assault. Police says he staged the attack because he was "dissatisfied" with his salary. The Team of the Empire TV Series described this actions from the actor as disturbing.

The supposed attack on the actor took place on the 29th of January where he claimed he was attacked by two white men who racially abused and then punched with the actor taken to the hospital with serious injuries to his body. Investigations has however, shown that the actor had actually staged the said attack by paying off the attackers. According to the Police, the actor staged the attack on himself because he was dissatisfied with the salary he makes in the TV series.

Smollet though, has deny such charges. he was granted bail by court after paying a hefty fine of a $100,000.

Though, the Executive Producers of the TV Series announced the withdrawal of the actor from the final episodes of the season, it is yet to sure whether such penalty will extend to the rest of the TV series itself. Speaking after being quizzed on whether the fans of Empire has seen the last of the actor in the movie, the team spokesperson replied, that, the team has taken an immediate action towards the actions of an actor considered mature and responsible. This statement clarifies not whether the actor will yet make a come back in the Series as time goes on.
