Kenyan Dad Escape Prison Sentence after Smuggling Baby out of Hospital

A Kenyan Dad tried to smuggled his baby out of the hospital after receiving treatment was arrested and taken to the police station. There he confessed that he could not afford the fees of the hospital hence his attempted smuggling of his baby out of the hospital. He was arraigned in court on the charge of attempt to evade payment of service rendered to him.


The court released the man find the man not guilty on the charge of evasion as he could not have pay the fees with regards his standard of living. The court who gave it's reason for not jailing him because, as a father he could not possibly had allowed his child to die of illness without treatment and can not be held responsible for the payment of the fees if he can not afford them.

The man revealed that he is a poor man who cannot even pay for his child school fees, he further stated that he only took the child out of the hospital secretly because he knew there was no way they could have allowed him to leave  without making payment for the service rendered.
