In a series of Photos shared by a Facebook User narrating how some Soldiers opened fire on some civilians who were protesting peacefully in Zamfara over the ongoing unrest in the state.
The Soldiers were said to have opened fire on the protesters on the suspicious of violence and for the purpose of keeping the peace as protesters in Zamfara have the intensity to turn protests into violence. Whatever the intention of the soldiers who opened fire on the protesters many have been killed and score injured as a result.
The Nigerian Army is yet to comment on this issue as the families of the victims laments the treatment of civilians in Zamfara State, and have called on the government to do something about this and bring justice to the victims.
