The Candidates: It Will Be Impossiblie To Lose The Presidential Election

Prseident Muhammadu Buhari and Prof. Yemi Osinbajo were at the NTA/DariaMedia Debate called 'The Candidate', and speaking on a wide range of issues from the improvement Nigeria has made in terms of Infrastructure, Agriculture, Security and Economy, to his opinion on whether he thinks the Presidential Election is his to lose.


President Muhammadu Buhari when probed on what he will do if he lost the election come February, responded that, if he lost the 2019 Presidential election it won't be first time he is losing an election. He made reference to  all the elections he has lost in past, including his most recent Presidential election of 2015. Though, it is paramount to remember that for all the time President Buhari has lost an election he has contested the result in court, and will be expected to do same if history repeats itself in the forth coming election.

This is not the first time President Buhari has expressed optimism of winning the forth coming election. In his Presidential Flag-Off Campaign in Bauchi the president called on the youth to place their trust in him to continue the good work he has been doing in Nigeria Since his coming to the office in 2015.
