Chelsea Ban From The Next 2 Transfer Window

Chelsea Football Club has been slapped with a transfer ban that will last for two transfer windows for the violation of the FIFA rules and regulations concerning signing of young players under the age of 18 years. The ban came on the back of the investigations instigated by FIFA on Chelsea FC for the signing of such young players.

Chelsea were found to have breached the laid down rules on the signing of young players under the age of 18 years. This has led to the the club being ban for two transfer window and also fined the sum of £460,000, while the Football Association (FA) has been fined £390,000.

The FIFA governing body announced the banning which was as a result of investigations against the club. According to FIFA, Chelsea were in breached of it's rule in 29 cases. Addressing the issue of club constantly falling under the investigations of the signing of young players, the body has called on the FA to regulates it's rules concerning the signing of young players and minors by clubs.

Based on documents from Football Leaks, a French website, Mediapart, claimed in November that 19 Chelsea signings had been looked at in a three-year-long investigation. The transfer is sure to affect Chelsea as they moved into their second season with Maurrizo Sarri. The Italian coach is said to have relied on the transfer budget of the 2019/2020 season to updates his current squads.

Chelsea were also reported to be interested in bringing in former Real Madrid coach Zidane if the Italian coach is not able to turn the fortune around Chelsea. but this possibility seems to be a far fetch cry as the transfer ban is set to affect the appointment of a new coach.
WHAT THIS BAN MEAN FOR CHELSEA
The result of this ban leaves Chelsea shot of ideas as the season draws to a close, as the club were hoping to bring in new faces to improve their squad. Though, the ban does not affects players leaving the club or the club releasing players, it does leaves the question of where Chelsea will be without their transfer targets giving Sarri trust not all his players, unless he can find a suitable tactics that can bring the best out of his current squad.
WHAT THIS BAN MEAN FOR HAZARD, HIGUAIN, AND HUD-SON ODOI
It is no secrete that this players, Hazard and Odoi had expressed intention to depart the club sooner rather than later, with Odoi going as far as to submit transfer request with his mind basically set at leaving for Bayarn Munichen. Chelsea of course rejected the transfer request, with the view to making him feel wanted and making him stay for a very long time. Sarri has indeed played his part in ensuring that, with the player seeing few minutes, but it is clear that the Italian Manager does not fully trust the young attacker to lead the team in a week in - week out basis.
Though, the club will certainly not allow the talented attacker to leave without the means to bring in a replacement.

Hazard's case is quite complicated, the Chelsea star has made no secrete of his desire to join Real Madrid. Last two weeks the Belgium star said in a press conference that he has made a decision on his next move, though, he chose not to tell or disclose his decision. But, like, Odoi can not allow their best player to leave without having a replacement so that will definitely impact on the future of the player.

Another player who might have to be stcuk in the middle of the cross fire is the Juventus loanee, Gonzalez Higuain. The striker is the only new arrival at Chelsea since Sarri took over, he is on a loan deal with Chelsea with an option to buy at the end of the season. But with the transfer ban, the striker may yet see his effort to resurrect his somewhat dying career at Chelsea brought to an end.

Higuain is a top striker and one trusted by Sarri given he had his most successful season under the Italian, but since his move to AC Milan after making way for the arrival of Christiano Ronaldo, he has not really hit the ground running at AC Milan. Going to Chelsea and playing under a manager that trusts him more than a 100% was supposed to be a turning point for the 30 year old striker, and with the transfer ban, he could see his future hangs on the air.
