Buhari Receives More Congratulatroy Messages from International Community

Following the Independent National Electoral Commission announcement of the just concluded Presidential election which emerged President Muhammadu Buhari as the Winner and stand re-elected to the office of the President with over 15 million votes, The president has continue to receive congratulatory messages for his victory from International Communities.


Following a public announcementmade by UK through the office of the Secretary for the State of Africa Harriet, The Nigerian President received separate telephone calls from UK Prime Minister, Theresa May, and Turkish President, Tayyip Erdogan, congratulating him on his re-election and wishing the Nigerian people progress and prosperity.

President Buhari thanked the two leaders for their unflinching support to Nigeria and her people, pledging commitment to continue working with them to advance various areas of cooperation.
